Serena File Data Manager, Comparex, Serena Dump Analyzer, and Serena SSM. BMC Control D/V. MAINSTAR Fastaudit/390, Catalog Recovery Plus and HSM Reporter Manager. EXSTREAM Dialog Engine batch, online and MQ interface. Edge Information Group Edge Portfolio Analyzer. Chicago Soft QUICKREF and SUN/STK Software to support Tapes: HSC, VTCS, SMC. Also responsible for SUN/STK LIBGEN and VTSS configuration changes.
